Comment from Concerned Citizen on 2024-11-07 05:24:46: 11-7-24 Poor management, When you move into a unit it is filthy even though they claim to have had it cleaned, which was a lie. No pets allowed but the carpet smells like the last tenants let a dog and cat use the bathroom inside without ever being taken out or cleaned up after. The building is. absolutely ROACH INFESTED and I mean bad. I personally have bought 3 different kinds of sprays and poisons to try and rid them but they just keep coming out of the walls and God knows where else at this point I have basically gave up. It's absolute BS and you let someone move in here with small children it's totally disrespectful. The manager of the property Deanna is lazy and does nothing but be rude and nasty with people. They hire crackhead maintenance people and invade your privacy every chance they get beating on doors and windows then walking in your house 30 seconds later unannounced and with no prior notice. I've never once seen a pest control or big person spray anything. You get all this money from HUD for people living here but where is it going. It's insane. I'm currently working on a formal complaint with HUD right now because something has to be done about this and I know there's absolutely no way I'm the first person to mention all these things with how bad it actually is here. Totally unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone live here if it can be avoided.
